Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how TRES!!! handles information when you use the app on iOS. The app is designed primarily for multiplayer gameplay and local profile preferences.

2. Data We Store Locally On Device

The app stores limited gameplay/profile values on your device, including:

3. Data Used During Multiplayer Sessions

When hosting or joining sessions, the app exchanges gameplay/session data such as:

4. Local Network And Nearby Discovery

The app uses Apple Multipeer Connectivity and Bonjour services to discover and connect nearby players for local multiplayer. This is why local network-related access is required for that feature.

5. Game Center Features

If you use Game Center modes, Apple handles account authentication, matchmaking, leaderboard, and achievement services. Processing of Game Center account data is governed by Apple policies.

6. What We Do Not Collect

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or broker user data. Multiplayer gameplay data is transmitted only as needed to run active sessions between connected players and platform services you choose to use.

8. Data Retention

Local profile/progression values remain on-device until deleted by you (for example by removing app data or uninstalling the app). Session data is used during active matches.

9. Children

The app does not intentionally collect personal information from children outside information necessary for gameplay display and session operation.

10. Security

We rely on Apple platform networking and security controls, and encrypt supported peer session traffic where available through platform APIs.

11. International Users

Because multiplayer and platform services may involve users in multiple regions, data used for gameplay may be processed in jurisdictions supported by Apple platform services and connected peers.

12. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy when app features or compliance requirements change. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.

13. Contact

For privacy questions, use the support contact listed on the app's App Store page or in-app support channel. App Store listing: App Store Page

App Store privacy labels must match actual app behavior at release. Review labels before each submission.
