By downloading or using TRES!!!, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Purpose

The app provides local and online multiplayer card gameplay, optional Game Center integration, and local profile/progression features.

3. Eligibility And Accounts

You are responsible for access to your device and Apple account features you choose to use (including Game Center). Platform account terms from Apple also apply where relevant.

4. Fair Play Rules

• No cheating, reverse-engineered automation, or manipulation of gameplay state
• No harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct in multiplayer sessions
• Use room settings and passcode-protected sessions responsibly

5. Multiplayer And Connectivity

Match quality and availability depend on your device, network conditions, and platform services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted multiplayer connectivity.

6. Intellectual Property

All app code, UI, and original assets in this project remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit app content without permission.

7. Updates And Feature Changes

We may modify, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve quality, security, or compliance requirements.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including gameplay interruptions, data loss, or service unavailability.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to app features for misuse, abuse, cheating behavior, or violations of these Terms.
